Leopard & Dots, A Review + Link-Up

Hello, lovelies! Hope you had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed the extra hour added back to the clock. Who doesn’t need an extra hour now and then? Time change in the fall is just a reminder that Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here shortly. Amazing!

Even though Create28 Fall Looks ended on Saturday, Whitney, Casey and I decided to each feature looks from the prompt of leopard print and dots today. I have worn leopard and dots together often. If I’m honest, I would have to admit that it can be a go-to combination for me. I’ve also posted several looks in the past using those prints that I want to share again.

I perused my closet and found a totally new look with leopard and dots. To make it even better I was able to add a new accessory to complete the look. A new gorgeous bracelet from SylcaDesigns.com. They are a lovely mother and daughter team who create beautiful jewelry which is handcrafted and eco-chic. When I received this bracelet in the mail, it arrived with a hand-written note and bios of the ladies {love that}. They also have a heart to give back. Each purchase made helps Filipino women who are in need through Kiva, an organization that empowers entrepreneurial ventures. It’s a win-win, lovely ladies.

Were you wondering about the leopard print? No, I didn’t forget. I am a huge fan of leopard on my feet or as a belt but this time I thought a blouse under this sweater would be a new twist.

This mustard skirt is one of the pieces that I love and I continue to find more and more ways to remix it. The same would be true for mustard pants so if you have them try to create some new looks. Mustard is such a great color to have in your closet, lovelies.

The bracelet! Back to jewelry! Don’t you love it? I have gotten compliments whenever I have worn it. Sylvia and Camila are the mother-daughter duo behind Sylca Designs. They have eyes for great design, which means they create beautiful jewelry. Here’s a few of my favorites.

Each week we choose a favorite…check out Casey & Whitney’s blogs to see if it’s you! My favorite this week is Taylor from Pink Heels Pink Truck. Taylor featured a lovely and feminine tulle skirt. She styled it with a graphic tee and leather jacket. Such a fantastic take on both feminine and masculine in this look.
