My Style Me Wardrobe Panorama ~ Week 3

Drum roll….the winner of the $200 Gap Brands Gift Card is Ashley Bree Perez! Congratulations, Ashley! Enjoy it!! Some great sales are going now.

This week during the Summer Style Me Challenge at Get Your Pretty On, the ladies have been busy creating some great looks and the Facebook group is hopping with lots of their photos. But in my arena, I have failed to snap very many photos of the looks during the last week. Although I’ve had a little bit of a failure in the photo department, I do want to share a few looks.

Day 11 ~ Maxi + floppy hat + sandals = fail & no photo

Day 12 ~ Boyfriend shorts, white eyelet/lace top + sandals

I totally like this look and see myself putting this on several times over the summer months. It is casual and yet there is visual interest with the eyelet cutout top.

Day 13 ~ Kimono, Flowy Top, White Shorts + Wedges

Another look that I totally love! I decided to post my other kimono for this look. It’s so feminine!

Day 14 ~ White Dress, Floppy Hat + Striped Espardrilles = fail & no photo

Day 15 ~ Patterned Shorts, White Lace Top, Floppy Hat + Striped Espardrilles

I used the prompt for Day 15 to create look I would wear to work. These windowpane pants, which I purchased in the spring are my absolute favorite. They are just bold and must be worn with confidence. Well, they exude confidence for me when I wear them!

Day 15-2

Day 16 ~ Bright Shorts, Colored Tank, Chambray, Striped Espardrilles + Necklace

Again, I used the prompt as inspiration to create a look I could wear to work. I typically love a chambray with almost any color of pants or skirt and this look is no exception.

Day 16.2

Well, that’s all I have this week, but there will be a few more Style Me Challenge looks next week. I hop you’ll stop back and see how the challenge ended.

Please stop by and check out my blogging friends and their lovely looks from their own Wardrobe Panorama!

I absolutely LOVE every look but especially the kimono--i am SO glad you/we tried them! Hopefully the trend will stick around at least another year so I can get some more wear out of mine! Always awesome, my friend! XO
    • Agree! I hope the trend stays because I love the easy of them for creating visual interest in a look.
  • Oh, I'm loving all these - but the kimono is probably my fave. So cute!
    • Hi Cate! I just love kimonos, which is a big surprise to me.

Love the windowpane look! I still haven't found the perfect piece in that pattern for me, but every time I see it, I think of you.
    • I really adore windowpane. Honestly, when I was in my 20's my mom made this gorgeous peacock blue windowpane jacket/blazer. I would so wear it if I still had it...shoulder pads and all! I hope you find something windowpane. I think it's an easy print to use for mixing.
  • I love the black and white pants! Those are my favorite. They can go with anything. Xo Chelsea
    • Thanks, Chelsea! They are super versatile.
  • As usually you put together great outfits. Loving that eyelet top, going to try and see if I can snag one :)
    • I hope you find one, Sarah. It was only $10 and completely worth it.
  • You did so good finding your kimonos! Such pretty outfits - you look lovely!
    • Thanks, Lana! I didn't think I would purchase one but I think they add such a nice layer and interest to a look.
  • agree with Lana, you nailed it on the kimono! So so pretty!
    • I really didn't think I was going to buy a kimono and then I bought two. I love them both!
  • Love every look!!! Thank you for hosting XO! #LINKUPWITHLISA @
  • Really fabulous summer looks, Carrie! I particularly loved your kimon look, as I am always on the hunt for different ways to style mine. Thanks for the inspiration!
  • My BFF sent me a kimono last summer before they were popular in El Paso and Ioved it. Even with our crazy albeit DRY heat, I get cold with the AC and the kimonos have been life-savers. I am on the look out for white shorts, love yours. Headed to check out Limited right now.
  • Thanks 4 linking up to Top of the World Style. The blue shirt with green jeans so gorgeous on you. It flattens your skin, hair and eyes.

All great outfits, I love the texture of your first outfit! Thank you for joining TBT Fashion link up and hope to see you next week. Have a great weekend! Alice
  • You have a great eye. I love the combos you've put together! I have not gotten on the kimono bandwagon but the way you styled yours is making me reconsider.
