Hey there, friends! I’m excited to do a little unboxing {via pictures} today with Target Beauty. Truth is I’m not exactly sure how I got on Target’s email list but I did. That’s how it happened. They sent me an email about two different Beauty Boxes so I decided to jump on it. I mean they were only $7 bucks. Can’t go wrong, right? Plus I have a red card and there was free shipping so I think I scored.
Here’s what I received in the mail way sooner than the projected delivery date. That’s another plus!
So what’s in the box?
Hello! New Leaf…you can get yours at Target.com/BeautyBox. On the other side of this insert is a $3 coupon off of $15 of cosmetics, skin care or hair care. Another great deal!
Ok, here’s the reveal. Inside I found Acure Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. Tried them on Sunday evening when I washed my hair and I like the results so far. These were for color-treated hair, which I have plus there are no sulfates. I have stopped using products with sulfates because they dry my hair out terribly. Win-Win
Cover Girl Total Tease Mascara was also a win for me. I have liked and used various CG mascaras for years. I typically use them as a base and then add other mascara products to layer my lashes.
Nivea In-Shower Body Lotion seems to be working well for me to soften my skin in the shower. Also helps to cut down on my lotioning after I’m out of the shower, which is another for the win column.
Sensodyne ProNamel Strong and Bright Toothpaste is a product I had wanted to try. So far this is another for the win column and it is helping my sensitive teeth. {I think this box is a winner, don’t you}!?
Simple Micellar Water is supposed to remove makeup and it was okay in that area except when it came to mascara. It did not do the job. I personally would not spend the money and purchase this product. Definitely not in the win category for me.
Garnier Skin Active Moisture Bomb is a light moisturizer. I’ve used it a couple of times. Again, it’s just okay and didn’t wow me that much. Not really a win or lose from what I can tell.
up & up Premium Cotton Rounds are something I don’t really like. It’s not the brand, it’s just that I prefer cotton balls. Not a win.
Overall, I like this little beauty box and I would purchase again. If you’re interested in trying some products then I would give it a whirl. Remember there is more than one option, which I totally love. Go to Target.com/BeautyBox.
Thanks for reading, friends! Hope you’re having the best day!
