Oh, hello Wednesday! I’m happy you’re here and I’m also happy to finally be putting a style post together. It’s been way too long since I’ve posted on Wednesday with The Blended Blog. But, hey, I just bought a new pair of jeans that I’m crushing on so the long overdue has come due.
This outfit is coming at you straight from The Gap clearance rack. I’m rather pleased with myself that I found these pieces super cheap with an extra 40% off. Who doesn’t like that kind of deal? I had been looking for a pair of boyfriend jeans but found zero that I liked until these caught my eye. It was love at the first zip up. Oh, then the top and the perfect cardigan and I’m set for a Carrie casual look.
Although I love all of these pieces and know this is the type of look I just adore, these pieces aren’t the best part of this post. The best part is this adorable necklace. Messages in Metal recently reached out to me regarding a collaboration. I searched their site and chose this gorgeous monogram necklace.
Don’t you just adore something with a monogram? I think a monogram necklace is the perfect completion piece to almost any outfit. I’m loving how this necklace completes my casual look today.
