Create 28~Day 6 A Denim Look

We all need some great denim looks. Do you agree? Denim is everywhere and I am so thankful. Jeans, shirts, jackets, skirts, vests, etc. make denim acceptable on so many levels and in so many venues. In January I wrote a piece about pants and highlighted a little on denim. I have found that I like a variety of cuts {skinny, boyfriend, bootcut and trousers}. Do you have a favorite cut that makes you feel great? Once I discovered boyfriend jeans, I spent all my time only wearing that particular ... Continue Reading...

Create 28~Day 5 Your Polka Dots Look

Leopard Belt 3

Dots! Why have I avoided them for so long is what I asked myself once I discovered them in 2014. Now, I think I haven’t met a dot that I don’t like. I have a few varieties of dots which include blouses and tees and all pieces have become a great building blocks in my wardrobe. Neutrals are typically the colors of beige, grey, black and brown. What comes to my mind first when I think of neutrals are on the lighter end of the spectrum. I think of beige and creams. For me those colors really make a cohesive looks. Although I don't own winter white pants or a jacket, I have loved that look for as long as I can ... Continue Reading...

Create 28~Day 2 A Monochromatic Look

Monochromatic-Grey

Monochromatic, the word can just ooze out boring if you let it, but in all actuality it is really chic. This look can be the epitome of ease and versatility. Monochromatic has the bones of building tone on tone. I typically think of monochromatic as an all black look which is why I decided to switch it up and try navy. I have had a break up with navy for far too long. It really is a hold over from the 80’s and the blue interviewing suit which was a staple in everyone’s wardrobe that worked in a ...
