1. Eyelash Curler Yes or No? Well, now that you mention it, I need a new eyelash curler. Not currently using one but have in the past.

2. Favorite Nail Shade? I simply adore a red nail on my toes but I feel a little feisty when I have the perfect little shade of blue.

3. Favorite Lipstick Shade? Always and forever Red. Currently, I’m adoring LipSense Blu-Red.

4. Blow Dry or Air Dry your hair? I must blow dry. My hair is an ugly mess when I air dry it.

5. Artificial Nails: Yes or No? I’m not really a nail person so I’ve never had artificial nails. Tell me, should I have them a whirl?

6. Foundation: Yes or No? Yes, of course, except if I get a little summer tan on my face.

7. Hair Up or Hair Down? I do both but my favorite is to have my hair up. The problem I’ve discovered is that it can be hard on my hair. I like it in a bun and I use one of those mesh perfect bun things, which tends to break my hair.

8. Bar Soap or Body Wash? Once I crossed over to body wash years ago, I just cannot go back to soap.

9. Bath or Shower? I prefer a shower except when I cannot get warm on a cold day then I love a hot bath.

10. Favorite Body Lotion? St. Ives is my go-to lotion and has been for years. I use other brands too but this one can typically be found in my bathroom cupboard.

St. Ives Soothing Body Lotion, Oatmeal and Shea Butter, 21 oz

11. Do you wear perfume? If so, favorite scent? I typically don’t wear perfume. It tends to give me a headache.
12. Do you shave your legs every day? I do shave my legs about every day in the winter and every.single.day in the summer.

13. Favorite Lip Balm? No favorite here, but I’m open to suggestions.

14. How old were you when you first started wearing make-up? I recall I was about in 5th or 6th grade. We had to be bused to a neighboring town for classes. One girl would bring make-up and the rest of us had our lives changed forever.

Looking forward to reading about all of you today. Can’t wait to read your post! Here’s what’s up with The Blended Blog for Monday posts in March.

Be blessed! ~ Carrie

I like wearing my hair up too but I'm in the same boat - it's hard on my hair and gave me headaches so most days I wear it down. Happy Monday Carrie, it's fun reading all about everyone's beauty routines and products! xo, Kellyann
    • These are some of my favorite posts. Yes, to the bun!!

As much as I put my hair in a bun, I cannot believe I haven't tried one of the mesh things yet, I'll have to get one, I love your hair up!! So pretty! Have a super start to your week beautiful!
    • Thank you, sweet lady! I can't hardly get a bun up w/out the mesh thingy!
  • Pamela
Great post, love your body wash and lotion.
  • Lol! I usually wear red on my toes, too, but just this past weekend, I got a pedicure and went blue! Too funny!
    • Oh my gosh! That is too funny!
  • I'm the same way with wearing my hair up. I've recently changed to "softer" hair rubber bands so it doesn't break my hair as much. They are more like stretchy fabric instead of the traditional hair ties. Have a wonderful week!
    • Oh, that is good to know. I totally want to be gentle to my hair and take care of it.
  • I'm loving seeing the lotion choices, I'm always struggling to find a good one
    • Someone mentioned The Honest Company lotion. I think I might give that a whirl.
  • I'm always looking for the right shade of red for my lips, and that one looks like such a good one! I'll have to try that lotion too, I've used other St. Ives products and liked them.
    • Someone mentioned The Honest Company lotion. I might try it!
  • Every single day in the summer??? Man, I gotta up my game.
  • Someday I will work myself up to a red lipstick. Looks so pretty on you!
  • I JUST tried BluRed this past week and am so surprised how much I LOVE it!!!
