Oh, hey there, it’s time for Currently with Anne in Residence. I’ve been MIA for a few months but glad to be back linking up for one of my favorite monthly posts. Here goes…
celebrating ~ Actually, I just finished celebrating my 54th birthday. It wasn’t anything special but just one of those in between years. I did write a post about being 54 last week and I found it to be quite fun. Thanks to a local businessman I’m again famous on his vans.
watching ~ I just finished watching Food Network Star and was excited about the winner. Jason, from Kentucky seemed like such a sweet guy and so engaging. Looking forward to catching his program. I’m anxiously awaiting the return of This is Us.
welcoming ~ We just said good-bye to August and typically that is the hottest month in Texas. Yet, we’ve seen rain and cooler temps for much of the month. Even though this weather is unusual I’m still ready to welcome September and the hopes of an early fall. Bring on the pumpkin and sweaters!
preparing ~ My husband and I are preparing for a little road trip to Iowa. We are going to visit my parents and help them with a garage sale. We’ll most likely be taking a few things off of their hands and bring it home with us.
photographing ~ Well, I’m really lousy at remembering to take pictures but mostly what I’ve been doing lately is selfies. Most of them are a visual reminder that I’m doing my workouts and staying on track with my fitness.
