Whatever is Lovely #13

Happy Sunday, friends! A new week and time to recap a few favorites that crossed my path last week. In some ways I felt as though last week zoomed by and I neglected moments of savoring anything. I have also been neglecting my Pinterest addiction but that changes today. I thought I would share what caught my eye as I clicked on over to see what I’ve been missing lately.

1. Guess what? This pin is still popular! I’m not surprised and I still love it. I would really enjoy a multiple strand of pearls like these. I haven’t really looked for any but if you know where they might be found, please let me know. Everything about this look is perfection and probably why it’s been pinned about a billion times!

2. The season of fresh produce is quickly approaching. I know we can typically pick up whatever we want at the grocery store but seasonal produce is always best. Of course, that’s exactly what you’ll find at a local Farmer’s Market. To help you know what’s freshest in a particular season this chart will help with that issue.

3. Color palettes. We all want to wear those colors that look best on us and yet it can be a struggle to identify your perfect “season”. I like this color wheel because it divided into warm and cool plus broke down the seasons a little better. The actual pin led to a nowhere page, so this chart is all I could find. Hope it helps you.

4. A little bit of yum. Whatever is Lovely always seems to have style and food. Guess what things I love in life? It’s obvious isn’t it? This dish showed up as a winter dish due to some of its ingredients. But I would eat it any time even if I couldn’t find pomegranates.

5. Cleaning with lemons and vinegar? Yes, it’s a great combo and I do use these items. When I found this simple recipe, I knew I wanted to pass it on. These two mixed together have super powers!

That’s it, friends! Enjoy Sunday. Take time rest. Be blessed! Hope to see you tomorrow.

  • Oh love that colour palette tool, what a helpful chart! :) The in season fruit and veggie guide is helpful too - wish someone had something like that for Australia! I just walk into the store and I'm greeted with big signs that stuff is on special as it's in season, I don't always plan it ahead of time! Away From The Blue Blog
